Rubber tyre type decking gantry crane--
Application:
It applies in the Ballastless Rail, High speed Railway, Passenger Dedicated Line (PDL), to hoist the CRTS type Rail Plate over & under the bridge, and then do the transportation work and laying work.
Working Features:
(1) Long travelling: 4 rubber tyres, half electric driving;
(2) Hydraulic Steering
(3) Special spreader to hoist the rail plate;
(4) Cantilever: hydraulic folding
(5) Cross travelling Girder: there is Climbing Hydro-cylinder under the girder, to ensure the crane stability when the hoisting mechanism works at the tip of cantilever
(6) Big Lifting height. It’s to make sure the rail plate under the bridge safely go through the cantilever and arrive on the bridge
(7) Adjustable Span. It’s to fit the laying work of the different rail plate.
(8) Slightly adjustable function of the spreader. It’s to fit the high-accuracy request of the laying work.
(9) Adjustable leg height. It uses the Climbing hydro-cylinder to adjust the leg height, in order to ensure the crane’s work in the tunnel.

(2) Generators Group to supply the Power
(3) Cabin control, or Remote control
(4) Variable Speed (Inverter control)
